Erica McCubbins is a TCM who graduated from Indiana University. She has a background in family advocacy with a focus on children. Erica discovered her passion for working with children early on, where her first job as a teenager was working at a children's Summer camp. Being the oldest of her siblings, she takes pride in her patience, listening skills, and ability to make others feel comfortable. Outside of work, Erica loves spending time with family, her beautiful fiancée Chelsea, and cuddling up with their 3 cats
