We are so happy you have found us and are interested in furthering your studies at The Kid Spot Center! Our goal is to help families live their best lives. You can help support our mission as you become the next generation of leaders within our field!
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER
We offer eight different service areas within our clinic's, these include: speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavior support services, applied behavior analysis, community living support services, mental health counseling, and targeted care management. If you are a student and interested in observing at our clinic or obtaining an internship/clinical placement with us, please contact us!

Each clinic availability for students can vary, so I would encourage you to reach out a few weeks in advance.
Requirements
All students must be 18 years or older and possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
Observations
The following additional documentation is required:

Confidentiality Agreement & HIPAA form

Copy of COVID vaccination card or exemption request
-
Negative TB Skin Test (within 1 year)

Negative Drug Screen
-
Current Criminal Background Check from the following agencies:

Administrative Office of the Court (AOC)
-
KY Central Registry Check for Abuse & Neglect
