I am excited to share some information about Lynn Beard, our Positive Behavior Support Specialist (PBSS) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at the Elizabethtown location. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Exceptional Education Learning and Behaviors Disorders with a Teacher Leadership endorsement. Before joining The Kid Spot Center team in April 2018, she worked in the elementary school setting as both an instructional assistant and a teacher. On a personal note, Lynn is married and has two adult children. She and her spouse have two beloved pets: one boxer and a miniature Yorkie. In their free time, they enjoy outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, kayaking, swimming at the beach or pool, as well as playing card and board games.
