Supported Employment at The Kid Spot Center helps individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful work through personalized, person-centered support. We focus on discovering each person’s strengths, interests, and goals to create fulfilling employment opportunities and long-term career success.

Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP)

For individuals who are “job ready” and have prior work experience, the CRP provides:

• Career Skills Review

• Job Search Assistance

• Job Retention Support

Person-Centered Employment Plan

This process helps identify a job seeker’s interests, skills, and support needs to develop a tailored employment plan that guides job development and placement.

Job Placement

Our Employment Specialists assist with resume writing, interview preparation, application submission, and researching employers to help job seekers confidently secure the right fit.

On-the-Job Supports

Once employed, individuals receive ongoing coaching and training to build job skills, develop natural workplace supports, and promote independence and success on the job.
