Hannah Thompson
OTR
Hannah is an OT who completed her Master's degree in OT at Indiana University in 2019. Hannah has spent the past 2 years providing outpatient pediatric and early intervention OT services in Indianapolis and is now excited to serve the Louisville community. Hannah has a passion for working closely with kiddos and their families. In her free time, Hannah enjoys volunteering in the community, hiking, and playing with her pup, Finn.
Jennifer Dunbar
COTA/L
Jennifer is a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA/L). She works for JCPS as a COTA/L full time, since August 2018 and The Kid SpOt Center a few evenings a week. Jennifer graduated from Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville in May 2016. Jennifer loves working with kids and helping them be the best version of themselves. When she is not working, she loves to be outdoors and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew.
Shannon Smith
M.S., OTR/L
Shannon Smith is an OT who completed her Master's degree in OT from Western Michigan University in 2011. She's worked in any and all setting from skilled nursing, school districts, and mental health facilities. Her mom was a Special Ed teacher and her dad was an SLP. She always wanted to work with kids follow in their footsteps. Shannon is married to her best friend, Ryan, and has one son named, Tristan, and beloved dog Biggie. She's a community activist, tap dancer, and loves to cook for her family and others.
Teresa Wohlleb
OTR/L, MOT
Teresa completed her master's degree in OT at Eastern Michigan University in 2011. She has worked in pediatric outpatient setting for her entire career. She knew right away her passion was working with children. She is from Fort Wayne, Indiana and moved to southern Indiana after marrying the love of her life, Anthony, and they are blessed with a son, James. Teresa loves to travel (she's been to 14 countries), to run, and just hanging out with family.
Claire Hart, ATC, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Claire completed her undergrad with a Bachelor of Science and obtained her athletic training license. She transitioned to Trine University where she received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Claire found her passion for working with children early in life as her mom has worked in the school systems her entire life. She loves baking, art/crafts, and basketball. Claire is very excited for this opportunity and looks forward to making a difference in children's lives.
Sheba Stockdale
Certified Medical Assistant/Intake specialist
Sheba moved from Alaska after being there for 22 years. She had many adventures and made great memories that she will never forget! Sheba moved to Atlanta and stayed there for 3 months and had to leave out fast it was not the state for her. She loves Kentucky and is so blessed to be part of The Kid SpOt Center. Sheba has a great personality, she is a people person, great sense of humor, and just overall an awesome person that loves life and people!

Austin Roush

Occupational Therapist
Austin received his bachelor degree in Philosophy from the University of Louisville with a focus in ethics and completed his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Spalding University. He has a long history of working with children, including years of direct community support prior to becoming and Occupational Therapist. He takes pride in helping others overcome challenges to reach their goals. In his free time he enjoys making music, playing sports, cooking and spending time with his wife and their two year old son, Remington.

Speech Language Pathologist
Meredeth completed her undergraduate degree and her Masters at Murray State University. She has since worked in public school, early intervention and private practice. Meredeth lives in the Louisville area with her husband and their 3 dogs. They are expecting their first baby this fall. She is so excited to be a part of the Kid SpOt Center team!
