Lori Rayburn-Dehart, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lori Rayburn-Dehart, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, received her undergraduate degree in Business and Education from the Morehead State University. She then went on to get her Master’s and Rank 1 in Education with an emphasis in Special Education from Morehead State University. Lori also received her certification as Special Education Director from Morehead State University. Lori began her career as a special education teacher and later as a Behavior Consultant working with school districts. In 2012 Lori became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in 2015 a Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Lori began working as Supervising BCBA with The KidSpOt Center in 2016. Her mission is to assist all kids in living a happy, healthy and successful life, that's what its about.
Kayla Henderson
Bachelor of Arts Early Childhood Development, RBT
Kayla is a Registered Behavior Technician from Olive Hill, Kentucky. She currently has 15 years of experience working and serving families and children in the early childhood field. Kayla is currently working to obtain her registered behavior techician certification. She reveived her bachelor of arts in early childhood development from Morehead State University. She currently serves as a service coordinatior for the first steps program. Kayla resides in Olive Hill with her husband and thier four children, Hanna, Amelia, Jace and Jett. Kayla enjoys attending her children's sporting events and spending time with family and friends.
Donna Bentley
Patient Services Coordinator
Donna has been married for 37 years and has three boys and three grandchildren. She has worked in customer service for 12 years and likes to help others. She enjoys working outside and hiking. Her love for children and watching them grow is her highlight at working at The Kid SpOt Center. She looks forward to seeing this everyday.
Sarah Reynolds Sparks
M.A.ED, CCC-SLP
Sarah Reynolds-Sparks is a speech-language pathologist from Olive Hill, Kentucky. She received her bachelors and masters degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Sarah joined the Kid SpOt Center team in September 2020. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, home health, out patient, headstart, preschool, and early intervention. Sarah loves spending time with her family and pets, reading, music and fishing!
Amanda Walden
RBT
Amanda is a Registered Behavior Technician. She completed her RBT certification in October 2020. She joined The Kid SpOt Center Grayson team in 2021. Amanda received her undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education from Morehead State University in 2018. She is working on her Masters in Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a BCBA and to continue to work in the clinical setting. Amanda has prior experience in the public school setting working as a Kindergarten - 5th grade special education teacher. In her free time, Amanda loves to travel and spend time with her family and cats at home.
Maranda Manns
OTR/L
Maranda is an Occupational Therapist from Jackson, Kentucky. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Promotion from Morehead State University. She obtained her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Eastern Kentucky University. She has past graduated clinical experience in school settings, and out patient clinics. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, playing with her dogs, and traveling. She is very excited to be apart of Kid SpOt Center. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge and helping each child to live their best and happiest life!

Carrie Smith

Carrie was born in Williamsport, PA. She spent the first 21 years in Williamsport, until she Enlisted in the Air Force. After serving just over 13 years, she decided to focus on her education. Once she completed her BA in Psychology, she decided that her time was best spent helping children grow into the best version of themselves. Her and her husband recently retired in Kentucky and are ready for the next chapter of their lives.
Macy Bassler
Physical Therapist
Macy is a pediatric Physical Therapist from Grayson, KY. She has worked with families and children through early intervention and in the school system ever since graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from South College. She loves working with kids and has 3 amazing children of her own; Khloe, Lucy, and Chip. It's her dream and mission to see every child blossom to their greatest potential and live a rich and fulfilling life!
Kristy Dyer
Physical Therapist
Kristy has been a PT for over 30 years, but worked solely with pediatrics for 10+ years. She loves her kids and their families and tries to find creative ways to make sessions both challenging and fun. She always try to look at the "big picture" as far as what will help kids and their families as a whole and how she can help make life better for them. Kristy is married with 4 kids of her own, mostly grown, and have recently become a grandmother. She loves running, reading , and is very active in her church (Christian Faith).
