Tony Jewell, LPCC

Tony Jewell has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for 18 years. He spent little more than 30 years in public education, where he served as a teacher, counselor, deputy director and director. Tony completed his undergraduate work at Western Kentucky University and graduated with honors. He received his Master of Arts in Counseling Education and Counseling Psychology from the University of Western Michigan. He obtained his Rank I in counseling from Western Kentucky University and other studies at Eastern Kentucky University. Tony has been married for 30 years with his wife Robbyn. They have two daughters and one son and three grandchildren.

Robyn Netherland M. Ed., LPCA

Robyn Netherland is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate and a Clinical Trauma Certified Professional. Robyn obtained her Master of Education in Professional Counseling and Human Development. Robyn has worked in the mental health field in some aspects for more than 10 years. Robyn has worked for providers in a clinical setting and as a therapist for inpatient services. Robyn works with school officials, parents, court officials and DCBS to provide a collaborative approach to the most effective treatment. Robyn's areas of interest include cognitive behavioral therapy that treats mental health problems resulting from trauma, substance use, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, and adjustment disorders.

Shana Lawson, M.Ed.

Shana is a School-Based Mental Health Therapist at The Kid SpOt Center. She is providing counseling services to the Taylor Co. middle school. Shana has been involved in mental health services for 6 years working with different age groups and populations. She graduated from Lindsey Wilson College with her Bachelor's degree in 2009 and her MA in Counseling and Human Development in 2012. She enjoys working with children to foster growth and development. Shana currently resides in Edmonton, Ky. She likes to help with her local church, spend time with her husband and two children and also spend time outdoors.

Lesley Newton LCSW

Lesley Newton is a School-Based Mental Health Therapist with The Kid Spot Center. Lesley is providing counseling services at Taylor County Intermediate School. Lesley graduated with a BA in Social Work in 2005 and a MA in Social Work in 2010. She obtained a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2019. Lesley lives in Campbellsville, Kentucky with her husband and two children. Enjoy the arts and crafts, serves in her local church and spend time with her family.

Kevin Rothacker

Kevin Rothacker is a School-Based Mental Health Therapist at the Kid SpOt Center. He is currently providing therapeutic services to teenage students at Taylor County High School. Kevin graduated from Campbellsville University with a Bachelor's degree in 2015 and then went on to complete his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2018. He is currently working toward obtaining his state license in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kevin is passionate about helping teenagers live the best lives they can while preparing them for their futures.

Sandy Cash

Sandy has 30 years of experience working with children and their families through Lake Cumberland Head Start. Sandy has a desire to help children learn and grow. She has worked closely with many families throughout her career. She has an Associates degree in early childhood. Sandy recently retired and will work at The Kid SpOt Center as Patient Advocate and Patient Intake Representative for the school counseling and also as an Administrative Assistant. Sandy is very dedicated to helping children and their families and looks forward to a rewarding opportunity to work closely with The Kid SpOt Center staff. Sandy lives in Taylor County. She has been married for 43 years and has three children and seven grandchildren.

Jerri Nixon LPCA

Jerri has been involved in mental health services for 6 years working with different age groups and populations. Graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree and MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020 from University of the Cumberlands. She enjoys spending time with family and also spending time outdoors.
