Stefanie Sidwell, PT, DPT​

Stefanie is a Physical Therapist and Manager of the Campbellsville clinic. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Transylvania in Exercise Sciences in 2008 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of KY in 2011. Stefanie joined the Kid SpOt team in February 2013 with previous experience in First Steps (ages of birth-3).  Stefanie has additional courses in several pediatric diagnoses and has attended several pediatric conferences. She loves helping children reach their full potential. In her free time, Stefanie enjoys water sports at Lake Cumberland, doing crafts or doing DIY, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Rebecca Price, M.Ed., NCC, LPCC, LCADC

Rebecca is a board certified by the National Board, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Clinical Counselor in Alcohol and Drugs. She is also a certified DUI consultant and a Prime for Life instructor. Rebecca has sixteen years of experience in providing counseling services to children, adolescents and adults. Before joining Kid SpOt, she worked as a school counselor, co-owner/operator of a private practice and she previously worked at  Campbellsville University where she was Director of Counseling Services and Vice Dean of Students. Rebecca's areas of interest include holistic approaches to the treatment of mental health, treatment of substance use in adolescents, children of addicts and defense of the victim.

Samantha Giles, M.S., OTR/L

Samantha Giles is an Occupational Therapist at the Kid SpOT Center. She attended the University of Kentucky and received her degree in Kinesiology.  Samantha attended Spalding University, where she received her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Samantha joined the Kid SpOt Center in October 2016. She has a passion for working with children and enjoys spending the day working with her children. Outside of work, Samantha likes to spend time with her family and friends, reading and watching movies.

Alicia Mitchell

Alicia Mitchell is married to Adam Mitchell and they have two children, Braxton and Kingston. She is very passionate about children and helping them to become their best person. She loves to spend time with his family, baseball and camping. She graduated from Campbellsville University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

Allison Tinsley, M.S., CF-SLP

Allison is a Speech and Language Pathologist from Liberty, KY. She received his Bachelor's degree and her Master's degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University. Allison is completing her clinical scholarship year and has a current license for Speech and Language Pathology in the state of Kentucky. Allison likes to spend time with family and friends and play tennis. She is very passionate about speech and language pathology and is anxious to be a positive influence in a child's life.

Amanda Gullett, M.S., CF-SLP

Amanda is a Speech and Language Pathologist from Mount Juliet, Tennessee. She received her Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and her Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology in the state of Kentucky. She has a passion for working with children of all ages and has a motivation to help others. Outside of work Amanda likes to read, be outside and spend time with friends and family.

Anneliese Way, MSW

Anneliese is a Positive Behavior Support Specialist. She earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from Campbellsville University. Prior to working at The Kid SpOt Center, Anneliese has previous experience with community development for human trafficking victims in Lexington, KY.

She is excited to be able to work with a great team and serve a great group of children.

Ashley Wilcoxson, COTA/L

​Ashley received her Associate Degree in Applied Science as an Occupational Therapist Assistant from Brown Mackie College in Louisville, Kentucky in 2017. Ashley joined The Kid SpOt Center in November 2017. Ashley loves to help others and strives to make a difference in peoples lives. She is a mother and a wife and loves spending time with her family. 


Autumn Davis, MSW, PBSS, RBT

Autumn Davis is a Positive Behavior Support Specialist. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Campbellsville University in Kentucky. Prior to working at The Kid Spot Center, Autumn has previous experience with an access center and/or a crisis line. She is excited to be able to work with a great team and a large group of children.

Debra Salsman, LCSW, LCADC

Debra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Clinical Counselor of Alcohol and Drugs. Debra has 18 years of experience in the social work profession. She has provided counseling to survivors of domestic violence and their children in the Domestic Violence Program at Spring Haven. At Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health Systems, she provided counseling services in the military, adolescent and substance abuse units. She worked in the LTBHS Substance Abuse Outreach Program at the Hardin County Detention Center. Before coming to The Kid Spot, Debra worked as a Clinical Coordinator at a rehabilitation center for inpatients for substance abuse.

Destiny Haddock

Destiny graduated from Taylor County high school in 2016. She loves hanging out with family and friends. Destiny likes to spend her time at the lake. She has a big heart and a passion to work with children. And her guilty pleasure is binge watching Grey's Anatomy.

Heather Akin, CSW, PBSS

Heather is a Positive Behavior Support Specialist from Columbia, Kentucky. She currently has more than five years of experience working and serving families in the pediatric field. Heather is currently working to obtain her Registered Behavior Technician Certification. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Kentucky and her Master of Social Work from the Campbellsville University. She is currently a Certified Social Worker. Heather resides in Columbia with her husband, Stacy, and their three daughters, Gracelynn, Kinzlee and Kylieanne. Heather likes to visit the beach with her family, travel to Nashville and spend time with family and friends.

Heather is a Speech and Language Pathologist who graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Communication Disorders. She has provided therapy services both for school age and for birth-three. Heather likes to read and do crafts in her spare time. Heather is very excited to help enrich the lives of her patients through better communication skills.

Lainey Underwood

Lainey is married to Brandon. She resides in Campbellsville with her blue heeler, General. She likes to cook, spend time with family and a good dose of forensic on Netflix. Her passion for children is what led her to The Kid SpOt Center. She loves helping children learn and grow.

Leah will soon graduate from Lindsey Wilson College with a Bachelor of Human Services and Counseling with a specialization in Communication. Leah plans to continue her education pursuing her Master's of Education in Counseling and Human Development. Leah has a lot of experience and a heart to work with the pediatric population. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.

Leigh Anne Johnson, CSW, PBSS

Leigh Ann is a Positive Behavior Support Specialist at our Campbellsville clinic. She has five years of experience providing Positive Behavior Support Support services and working with children. Leigh Anne received her Bachelor's degree and her Master's degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University. She is currently a Certified Social Worker in the state of Kentucky. Leigh Ann was born and raised in Campbellsville and has two fur babies, Penelope and Bella. In her free time, Leigh Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, watching UK sports, reading and exercising.

Lindsey Browning

Lindsey graduated from Campbellsville University in May 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Lindsey plans to continue her education pursuing her Master's in Positive Behavior Supports and Special Education. Lindsey has a lot of experience and a heart to work with the pediatric population. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the lake, traveling, and hanging out with her Goldendoodle, Millie!

Lora Wallace

Lora Jo Wallace is a native of Green County and graduated from WKU. She has taken courses in Speech-Language Pathology and Education. Lora has experience in substitute teaching K-12, in various configurations of the school system. For the past 8 years, Lora has worked to provide housing assistance to low-income families, and in the past 4 years, she served as Executive Director of the program. She has worked closely with other agencies to provide additional services to these families. Lora is very active in her local Rotary Club. Lora is the mother of two girls who are very extroverted and energetic. Lora is passionate about helping others and serving her community.

Lori DeHart, M.A., BCBA​

Lori Rayburn-Dehart, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, received her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Education from Morehead State University. She then went on to earn her Master's and Rank 1 in Education with an emphasis in Special Education from Morehead State University. Lori also received her certification as Director of Special Education at Morehead State University. For 19 years, Lori has worked as a Special Education Teacher and then as a Behavior Consultant. In 2012, Lori became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in 2015 a Licensed Behavioral Analyst in Kentucky (LBA). Her mission is to help all children live a happy, healthy and successful life.

McKinsey Matney, M.S., CCC-SLP​

McKinsey Matney is 26 years old and lives in Columbia, KY. McKinsey is a Speech Therapist who really enjoys working with the pediatric population. McKinsey also has contracts with First Steps where it serves clients from birth to three years. McKinsey loves working with the families of her clients to help promote the greatest possible progress. McKinsey has an optimistic personality and loves to sing. McKinsey enjoys time at Lake Cumberland, spending time with family and friends, as well as shopping. McKinsey graduated from WKU in 2013 with a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Natalie Hughes

Natalie is a student at Western Kentucky University in the Pre-SLP program and is working toward her degree in Speech and Language Pathology. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and Counseling in May 2017. She works at The Kid Spot Center as a Community Life Support Provider and has experience working with children since 2012. Her hopes for the future are to become a Speech-Language Pathologist and to work with children with their degree.

Nicole Keltner

Nicole is the Patient Intake Representative at The Kid SpOt Center in Campbellsville. Nicole has 7 years of experience in medical billing, insurance and medical terminology and has taken several courses in medical administration. Nicole is a single mother of her 13-year-old daughter. Nicole enjoys working in the office but also enjoys interacting with children!

Dr. Rachael Yates, PhD

Dr. Rachael Yates received her PhD in clinical psychology from Gallaudet University and completed her pre-doctoral internship training at Children's Hospital Colorado.  After receiving her doctorate, Dr. Yates completed a post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She then served as a staff neuropsychologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland where she provided neuropsychological evaluations to children and adolescents with a variety of developmental and medical conditions. She is currently offering psychological and neuropsychological evaluation at The Kid SpOt Center in Campbellsville, Ky. Dr. Yates is a licensed psychologist in Maryland and Kentucky. 


Savanna Sharp

Savanna is from Campbellsville and is a current student at Campbellsville University.  She is studying psychology and marriage and family ministry. She also desire to obtain her BCBA. Savanna loves helping all people, but has a love for kids. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, line dancing, and anything outdoors.

Shannon Newcomb, COTA/L

Shannon is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Shannon has been at The Kid Spot Center since September 2015, where she was also a student. Shannon graduated from Jefferson Community and Technical College in May 2015. Shannon has had special training in sensory integration. Shannon lives with her husband, Bret, their 3 children: Brittany, Brody, and Braxton, and Daisy, their hunting dog. She likes to spend time with her family, outdoor activities, going to the gym and traveling.
