Kristie Railey, M.S., CCC-SLP

Kristie received her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University in 2006. She holds a Kentucky license and a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Association of Language and Speech Hearings. Kristie has focused her career on working with the pediatric population. She has worked with this population since graduation in 2006. Through this experience, Kristie has observed the growth that children can achieve when families participate in the communication process of their children. When she is not at work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dayan, and her daughters Leah and Ellie, as well as, shopping on the internet and watching reality television!

Erin Johnson
Erin Arnold, CSW, PBSS, RBT

Erin has a Master's degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University. She is a Certified Social Worker who is currently working to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked for The Kid SpOt Center since July 2016 as a Metal Health Therapist and Positive Behavior Support Specialist. She has previously worked as a child and family therapist. She has received training in behavioral analytic services and cognitive behavioral therapy about trauma.

Rebecca Price, M.Ed., NCC, LPCC, LCADC, TCM, ASDCS

Rebecca is a board certified by the National Board, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Clinical Counselor in Alcohol and Drugs. She is also a certified DUI consultant and a Prime for Life instructor. Rebecca has sixteen years of experience in providing counseling services to children, adolescents and adults. Before joining Kid SpOt, she worked as a school counselor, co-owner/operator of a private practice and she previously worked at  Campbellsville University where she was Director of Counseling Services and Vice Dean of Students. Rebecca's areas of interest include holistic approaches to the treatment of mental health, treatment of substance use in adolescents, children of addicts and defense of the victim.

Lauren Jones, OTR/L

Lauren is an Occupational Therapist who started with The Kid SpOt Center in August 2015. She has a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Sciences and received her graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University in 2015. She is licensed by the Kentucky Licensing Board For Occupational Therapy and certified by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy. Lauren is also certified in interactive metronome. She has also attended courses to develop and implement sensory diets and sensory integration evaluations and treatments.

Jake Walker is a Speech and Language Pathologist employed at The Kid Spot Center since August 2017. Jake received his Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (emphasis in Health) from Western Kentucky University in 2014. Jake received his Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Murray State University in August 2017. He is licensed in Kentucky and has completed his Clinical Scholarship Year to obtain his Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Association of Speech and Language Hearings. Jake has been able to work with the pediatric population even before beginning his graduate studies. He believes that all children communicate, you just have to find out how. When Jake isn't providing therapy, he likes to go to the gym, spend time with his family and everything that involves outdoor activities.

Ashley Sterchi received her masters degree in speech-language pathology from Western Kentucky University in May 2020 and is beginning her clinical fellowship. Ashley has a background in biology and environmental science relating to public health. Prior to graduate school she worked for Warren County Public Schools. Ashley has worked with Michelle P. Waiver clients for four years. Ashley loves working with both the elderly population doing swallowing and cognitive therapy and the pediatric population. Ashely enjoyed her time with toddlers in First Steps as well as school-aged children in elementary school. She is always looking forward to meeting her clients and representing The Kid SpOt Center. When not working she enjoys her puppy Lovie and spending time with her husband in their house.

Allison is an occupational therapist who graduated from Eastern Kentucky with her Master's degree in August 2021. She has always had a passion for working with children and enjoys helping children reach their full potential. In her free time Allison enjoys being outside, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Larry is a newly graduated clinical fellow starting in June, 2021. He attended WKU for his undergraduate school and Indiana University for graduate school. Larry has prior experience working at a summer program for children with special needs. In his spare time, Larry enjoys trying new recipes and relaxing with friends and family.

Emily Fox received her master of science degree in speech-language pathology from Western Kentucky University in May 2020. She is currently completing her clinical fellowship. At this time, Emily holds an interim license in the state of Kentucky. Emily has had opportunities to work with the pediatric population in multiple settings during graduate clinical experience. When Emily is not working she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family.

Jessica is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who received her Associate degree while attending Brown Mackie College in 2013. She has been a member here at The Kid Spot Center since November 2014. She has a loving attitude and easily connects with children and families. Through pleasant and therapeutic modalities, it provides education and effective experiences for children and families alike. She has received training and is certified in effective sensory diets and interactive metronome. She plans to expand her knowledge to meet the needs of our families and thrive within our facilities.

Leyna earned her master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University in 2020 and her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University in 2017. She has had the lifelong dream of working with children and is happy to be a part of The Kid SpOt team. She is excited to help children reach their full potential and to improve quality of life for those children and their families. Leyna has an outgoing and kind attitude that makes it easy for her to connect with kids and families. When she isn't providing therapy. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling, and playing with her dog, Winston.

Lori Rayburn-Dehart, BCBA, LBA 

Lori Rayburn-Dehart, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, received her undergraduate degree in Business and Education from the Morehead State University. She then went on to get her Master’s and Rank 1 in Education with an emphasis in Special Education from Morehead State University. Lori also received her certification as Special Education Director from Morehead State University.  Lori began her career as a special education teacher and later as a Behavior Consultant working with school districts.  In 2012 Lori became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in 2015 a Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).  Lori began working as Supervising BCBA with The KidSpOt Center in 2016.  Her mission is to assist all kids in living a happy, healthy and successful life.

Emily McDuffee MM, MT-BC, RBT

Emily received her master's degree in music therapy from Illinois State University in 2019. She completed her music therapy internship with Fulton County Schools in Georgia, where she worked with students of all ages and varying needs. Since then, Emily has worked in behavioral health, primarily with children through adolescents. She enjoys learning new music based on patient preference and loves to read current research about music therapy. Emily is excited to see how music therapy will motivate kids to meet their treatment goals at KSC. In her free time, Emily enjoys taking walks with her dog, dancing, crafting, singing, playing guitar, baking, and playing games.

Samantha is a Speech and Language Pathologist who completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at WKU. She joined The Kid SpOt Center in June 2018. Samantha believes that each person should have the opportunity to communicate in the best possible way and feels blessed to be able to help others in this way. Outside of therapy, Samantha likes to spend time with her family. She and her husband, Wes, love playing and living adventures with their children, Grace and Easton.

Camdyn received her master's degree from UofL in May of '21. She received her bachelors from WKU, so she is excited to be back in Bowling Green! She loves working with kids and she enjoys working with adults as well. Camdyn's priority as a clinician is to improve quality of life, whether that is communication, swallowing, or social skills. Outside of work she loves to cook and bake, travel, and be outside. And spending time with her husband.

Hannah recently received her Bachelor's of Social Work from Murray State University in May of 2021 She has multiple years of experience working with special needs kids, as she has a younger brother with autism. Hannah loves spending time with her new puppy, Boo, and hanging out with her friends and family. She believes her new position as an RBT will be a perfect fit.

Rickibeth is a speech-language pathologist whom earned her masters degree in May 2020 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Her dream has always been to work with the pediatric population, and has decided to join The Kid SpOt Center to help children overcome their difficulties. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks with her husband Nick and dog piper. She also enjoys attending church.

Amara is a mom of an almost 4 year old little boy named Oliver. She loves spending time with her sisters and trying new recipes. In her free time she loves going to live music shows, playing video games, or reading. Amara loves kids and loves to celebrate their success.

Olivia Hagen M.S., CF- SLP

Olivia began working at The Kid SpOt Center as a speech-language pathologist in 2022. She received her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Western Kentucky University in 2022 and her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2019 from Rowan University. During her studies, Olivia gained experience in the pediatric private practice setting, public and private schools, hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation, home health, and teletherapy. Olivia has always had a passion for working with children and feels fortunate to have the opportunity to do so. Her goal as a therapist is to build positive and close relationships with her patients and families and to improve the quality of life of those she is serving. Outside of work, Olivia loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors.
